u17s win Elite Youth League

Super congratulations to our u17 squad who, in defeating defending champs Celtic 3-1 at NDP this afternoon, have won the club academy Scotland u17 League.

With first team skipper Dougie Imrie as head coach, assisted by Darian MacKinnon, and overseen by Head of Youth George Cairns, it’s a tremendous achievement for the club – our first national youth success since winning the Scottish u18 cup in 1992 at Hampden against Clyde.

With a back up team of Sunnan Shah, with Katie, Andy, Sean, Olivia and all the physios, and match assessments from Lee McCafferty, and huge encouragement from all at the club, it’s a huge achievement that could now see us enter the UEFA Youth League.
