Dundee v Accies Preview

Accies travel to Tayside today (Saturday 15th April) to face Dundee in a Ladbrokes Premiership match at Dens.

We have already drawn there this season, 1-1, with a wonder strike by Darren Lyon.

Having picked up six league cautions this season Ali Crawford misses out today, but Ioannis Skondras, sent off last week v Ross County, is eligible, having had his red card reduced to a yellow by an SFA Judicial Panel on Thursday. However this yellow means he now has six and will miss the first post split fixture.

Darian MacKinnon is also eligible, but he misses the next league game we have.

Grant Gillespie and Darren Lyon both remain on the sidelines, but are in light training.

Louis Longridge, having been out for nine weeks with a fractured metatarsal, made his comeback in the u20s match v St Johnstone in midweek, and he, along with David Templeton, is added to today’s travelling squad.

Dundee’s management duo are both ex Accies – Paul Hartley & Gerry McCabe – and they have their own need to pick up points at this vital stage of the season.

Accies fans are in the Main Stand, entry is by cash at the turnstiles, and priced as follows:-

Adults £22; over 65s and students £15; under 16s £12.
Photo ID is required for concession entry.

John Beaton is today’s referee.

Finally, on today’s 28th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster, our thoughts are with all those connected with Liverpool FC and the families at this time.
